Privacy Policy (Jump Rope Tracker & Counter)
Last updated: October 26, 2026
This policy covers the Jump Rope Tracker & Counter app on iPhone and Apple Watch and the AI Jump Rope Counter & Tracker app on Android ("the app", "we", "our"). It explains what information the app uses, why, and how you can delete it.
Information we collect
Account information. You sign in with Apple (iPhone) or with Google (Android). We receive your account identifier and, if provided by Apple or Google, your name and email address. Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google).
Workout data. Jump counts, workout duration, calories, jump tempo, session history and your goals and app settings. This data is stored on your device and, while you are signed in, backed up to our cloud database (Google Firebase Cloud Firestore) so it can be restored on a new device.
Leaderboard. If you appear in the leaderboard, your display name, country and jump totals (weekly, monthly, yearly, all time) are visible to other users of the app.
Heart rate and health data. On iPhone and Apple Watch, if you allow Apple Health access, the app reads heart rate and workout data and can save workouts to Apple Health. Health data read from Apple Health is never used for advertising and is not shared with third parties. On Android the app shows an estimated heart rate calculated from your jump tempo. Average and maximum heart rate may be stored with your workouts.
Purchases. Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to check which purchases belong to your account; RevenueCat receives an app user identifier and your purchase history, not your payment details.
App configuration. We use Firebase Remote Config to set limits such as the free weekly jump quota; it uses a Firebase installation identifier.
Camera, microphone and motion sensors
AI camera counting analyses the camera image on your device to count jumps. Camera images are not uploaded to us. If you choose to record a set, the video (with sound from the microphone) is saved only on your device. Phone-sensor counting uses the motion sensors on your device; sensor readings are not uploaded.
How we use information
To count and log your workouts, show statistics and progress, back up and restore your data, run the leaderboard, give voice feedback, send the reminders you set up, and unlock Premium features you purchased.
What we don't do
The app shows no ads. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites. Service providers (Google Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple, Google Play) process data only to provide the app's features. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Security and retention
Data is sent over encrypted connections (TLS). We keep your cloud data while your account exists and delete it when you delete your account.
Deleting your account and data
- In the app: Settings → Delete account. This deletes your account, your cloud backup (workouts and settings) and your leaderboard entries.
- By email: write to muratcankuruoffical@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Workout data stored only on your device is removed when you delete the app.
Your choices
You can turn off Apple Health access in your iPhone settings, turn off notifications and reminders at any time, and manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Children
The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes are shown on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
